I want to see you Confident and Winning. I’ve spent the last 25 years working both in federal and corporate organizations as a subject matter expert in my field, where I’ve coached and consulted.
I bring to the table solution focus results. I have a B.A. in Management Studies and a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m a Board Certified Associate Licensed Counselor and a Certified Mother-Daughter Relationship Coach. As a therapist and coach, I work with clients of all ages struggling with conflict with Mom, daughter, worth, confidence, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and more.
My wealth of experience allows me to be approachable, conversational, and encouraging. I say this with the utmost confidence because I genuinely interact with those three traits in mind.
But here’s the deal…Yes, I have experienced life, and although I have gone through a lengthy and specific education, that doesn’t make me any better than you, nor does it make me the expert in your life.
Let’s be real; life is not without problems, but I believe that people aren’t the problem. The problem is the problem. I help others view the problem separately from themselves. You have many skills, strengths, competencies, beliefs, and values that make YOU the expert of your life. I help highlight your greatness. I help you become and embrace being an expert in your life. My role is simple. I’m here to work with you to bring those incredible qualities in alignment with your goals and bring a strong sense of purpose and direction to your everyday life.
