H — Honor Your Story

Acknowledge your experience without minimizing it.

You’ve been told to “get over it” or “just move on” long enough. Healing starts with giving yourself permission to tell the truth about your experience.

In this step, you learn to validate your emotions, stop downplaying your pain, and create space for your story to be heard.

E — Examine the Patterns

Explore the roles you inherited from your family system, often going back three generations or more.

The “fixer.” The “responsible one.” The “peacekeeper”. These roles kept you safe once, but now they’re keeping you stuck.

A — Acknowledge What Was Missing

Grieve the relationship you needed, whether that’s the mother you wished for or the daughter you hoped to be close to.

This isn’t about blame. Often, your mother was doing the best she could with the patterns she inherited. Moving on means honoring what was missing, understanding why, and stopping the cycle from continuing.
Clients move through and release grief and resentment. The result is a wonderful, fresh emotional freedom.

Make decisions from alignment, not survival or obligation.

You’ve spent your life adapting, performing, and over-functioning. Now it’s time to lead from your center with confidence, clarity, and authentic boundaries.

In this step, you’ll learn to stop people-pleasing and set boundaries without guilt, which, step by step, allows you to create a life that feels true to who you are.
